Modern Home Systems has worked with homeowners and builders to come up low cost ways of "protecting you from the future". That is to say that while no one can predict the future with 100% accuracy, by putting wire, cable and other infrastructure components in the walls during the construction of a home, you can help prevent hearing the words "it can't be done" in the future.
Our packages put the basic infrastructure in the walls now for a multitude of systems and at a very reasonable cost. Pre wire options include:

To be clear, these are NOT complete systems but the basic wiring infrastructure
